Windows 10: Is the Your Phone service available in all country markets?

If not all countries, which ones?

I have the same issue here in Botswana and when I had a chat with Windows phone support on twitter they said it might be blocked by the mobile service provider as the feature is available in our regions

You will see that Cyprus is not listed in countries where the service is unavailable Other
Find My Phone. The ability to locate your phone on a map isn't available in the following countries/regions: Argentina, China, India, Korea, Peru, and Turkey.

I understand that there is not India in the list of countries under "Find My phone".

You can see that cervice is not available for the following countries:

Argentina, China, India, Korea, Peru and Turkey.
