Windows 10: Is there a big update?

Despite turning off my computer every night, Windows update kept telling me that I needed to restart so I did.. and now it doing what appears to be a very large update of the OS. Has anyone else seen this?

Personal certificates are not supported in current version of Windows Phone 7. For Outlook authentication, only username and password authentication is supported. Please note, this issue is receiving the highest visibility by the appropriate group and we

There is clearly a big problem with exchange and certificates in general. Certainly if you look at all the same posts here at the forum. But no one here seems to have a good answer on how to fix this. Maybe it is better to
post every problem here in the same post and what you already have done to make it work.

I love my new WP7 but It is annoying that I can sync everything except exchange (what is in fact the most important oneJ).

Symptoms on my phone is: If I create a new exchange account, it will sync correctly until the phone reconnects to the internet. After the reconnection, he complains about the certificate. If I delete the exchange account and create it again,
it will sync again until reconnection. My work around now is to delete and create my account over and over again.

What have I already done to fix the problem:

I’ve installed the certificate both public as private (same behavior). I’ve changed my region settings. I have even done everything after resetting the whole phone (just to be sure). Nothing works. It is always the same behavior.

It seems that the phone doesn’t load the certificate after reconnecting but I can’t be sure because I don’t have the tools to verify this. Because the phone only uses isolated storage, I cannot access anything to create my own app for verification.
Even the log that you can specify on the account settings is a mystery for me. Where can I view this?

That one will update your version to 10586.218

 

That's it alright! I am not sure what is different, actually, despite the long splash screen trumpeting new features. Other than that I have to remove OneDrive again.

 

That sounds more like you updated to version 10586.

 

This update has reset all my registry settings and removed CCleaner and other things that took me over a week to tweak after the first upgrade to Windows 10, it'a also created another Windows Old folder 20GB in the C: that don't show up in disk cleaner.

Not a happy customer.

 

I received an update this morning. This afternoon, I couldn't get onto Edge. I rebooted and everything is working fine so far.

 

It reset some of my registry tweaks too. I had no idea this was coming!
