Windows 10: is there a bug in windows 11 that causes audio to mute

I have a dell laptop that i have updated to window 11, I used the laptop to stream music thru OTSAV radiocaster program, I have a cirrus encoder that broadcast my stream to ios and android app by securenetsystems, i have a mono log 4 channel Yamaha sound board connected to which I am able to switch back and forth from WASPI to Microphone on the cirrus encoder to do my radio interviews, When I am podcasting when using the mics plug into the sound board , as i am in microphone mode from the encoder, the audio playing thru the laptop from the OTSAV program, mutes the sound from the laptop, now t

Windows 11: PC audio mutes audio from communication apps

Correction. Restarting that service only fixes "Preview" button on Settings\Sound\Moure sound settings\Playback\Headphones\Enhancements tab.

Communication apps are still muted.

 

Audios is completely muted

Just as about to browse on the internet and watch Twitch and some stuff, I hear nothing with audios and it's dead silence. I thought I have to put mute on, but I hear nothing the rest of it.

I have to try to fix it (such as put automatic Window Audios, Plug and Play and whatever that is), remove or update audio driver and restart and the list goes on) and it's still not working. I don't know why the speaker and audio are not working. I can tell
Audios is not responding and whatever that is with configuring has been removed, whether it was a glitch or not. There no way its dead silence despite the speaker is on and hear nothing. Audio is not responding is completely glitches I guarantee and none of
the stuff is working. Perhaps it all REALTEK driver stops working and glitching out that for sure.

But seriously, can someone how to fix properly with the SIMPLE step before something is NOT gonna be pretty.

This might occur, if some of the audio settings got changed or corrupted.

I suggest you to try running audio troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

  Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.

  Select Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Select Playing Audio under
  Sound and follow the on screen.
