Windows 10: Is there a keyboard of a lenovo gaming laptop keyboard fix

HI all so I've recently had a few issues with my H and Y key on my Lenovo gaming laptop like they don't register like now and again they register but i don't know what's wrong there's no keyboard updates I've tried that I've also tried uninstalling the keyboard it doesn't fix it right now I'm using caps lock on and SHFT to type this out my h and y keys work when i press SHFT there's also some numbers that don't register either its quite weird any help is appreciated

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

 

Wired keyboard glitch

The problems I'm experiencing:

1. When I long-press any keyboard button, it toggles the keyboard power off and on.
   
2. After typing a word, a letter repeats without any additional clicks.
   
3. Clicking anything results in an unexpected decrease in system volume then my computer shuts down on its own.
   

I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Tested the keyboard on another PC and laptop, where it worked fine.
   
2. Reinstalled drivers and performed a clean OS installation.
   
3. tested in win 10,11, ubuntu OS.

If anyone has insights, suggestions, or has faced similar problems, I would greatly appreciate your input. My computer lenovo m900 tiny, and the keyboard model is zebronics k20. I'm eager to explore any potential solutions or steps I might have missed.

Gaming Keyboard Dilemma

I have been through about 10 keyboards, and I am currently using (and LOVING) the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard.

I've tried the Logitech G15, Saitek Eclipse, numerous other non-gaming Logitech keyboards, Razer Lycosa, and the Illuminated Keyboard is my favorite. It's got laptop-type keys that are nice and clicky, but they have further key travel, so it's like desktop key travel with laptop keys. makes it a lot easier going back and forth between my laptop and desktop too. Good shortcuts, nothing too fancy, and FLAWLESS backlighting. I think I'll be keeping this one for a while.
