Windows 10: Is there a known problem with the Windows 11 ugrade for DuoLingo users?

I moved to a new computer to be able to upgrade to Windows 11. I now find that my access to DuoLIngo has stopped. When I log on to DuoLingo it merely shows the logo 'walking' across the screen with tyhe words 'loading' underneath but this never ends, i.e. never loads. Is there a known problem with the Windows ugrade for DuoLingo users?

No sound in Duolingo

I did as you say but it did not work. I have sound on every other application (both universal and desktop) except duolingo app. I have sound on the website version though.

My laptop is: HP Pavillion dv6 - 1120ev

OS: Windows 10 x86

ALSO I have sound on duolingo app on my other desktop that is running Windows 10 x64.

 

Windows apps (Duolingo)

While I try to open Duolingo app, it can not connect to internet (as shown in the screen capture in attachments), however the internet and browsing is working fine without no problem.

Notes :

- this issue start from 3 days.

- Iam using Microsoft Account.

- Issue starting as i step up windows 10 enterprise.

- i did not you make any changes to the system prior to the issue- I updated my drivers to its last update.

- tried to do troubleshooting for both apps and LAN, but can not find any problen
