Windows 10: IS THERE A PC TO MONITOR CABLE THAT CONNECTS FROM THE COMPUTER USB PORT TO MONITOR HDMI PORT?

I would like know if there is a cable to connect a new HP monitor that has 1 Display Port 1.2 and 1 HDMI Port 1.4 to an offline in use every day 10 year old+ HP Pavilion AiO Windows 7 Home Premium computer that still has 915GB storage but only has 4 USB ports, no HDMI. In checking around I've seen USB-C and USB cables. The USB-C seems to be rounded. The ports on the AiO are regular rectangular shaped USB. My current online PC is a HP Windows 10 laptop that will be replaced with a just purchased Windows 11 AiO. Thanks.

What Cable To Use on Monitor with HDMI, and VGA Port on Computer

Some computers have DP (DisplayPort) ports, but no HDMI ports. If this is the case, and the monitor doesn´t have a DP port, use a DP to HDMI converter and a HDMI to HDMi cable.

Unusual HDMI port behavior: One HDMI port stops working after a monitor is unplugged.

I have 2 HDMI ports, and I can connect two working monitors, and everything works normally and as expected. However, when I unplug the HDMI from one port, and later plug it back in, that HDMI port acts as though it no longer works. The monitor connected
to it no longer receives a signal. If I switch which monitor is connected to which port, the monitor connected to the port that was originally disconnected from the monitor is the monitor that still functions.

The only way I've found to fix the problem is to restart my computer, making sure that both monitors are connected to the HDMI ports before booting up my computer.

I have a Zotac Zbox en1060k, for reference, though I believe this is a software issue.
