Windows 10: Is there a permanent solution to this?

I bought a new computer a few days ago. It was working fine until i played a game. The game ran horribly. This is despite the fact that I have a 240w power supply and a Ryzen 5 Pro 1600 6-Core Processor paired with an AMD Radeon RX 550 with 4GB of Video RAM. I also have 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which is more than enough for the game to run smoothly. Websites tell me to check Device Manager. I went there and clicked on Display Adapters. All I saw was an adapter called “Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.” That’s despite the fact that I know that my GPU should be listed on there. But it gets way worse. Wi

Looking for a permanent solution to a flickering screen

Despite trying all the steps recommended by MS, I'm still getting a flickering screen each time I sign on; and have to go through the same steps all over again. Is there a permanent solution? Otherwise, what's the point in keeping Windows 10!!

Unplugging everything is a diagnostic step, just like what I'm suggesting. The end goal is a permanent solution where you can use everything normally.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
