Is there a problem with my graphics card?

Surfing the web like normal with Photoshop in the background (not doing anything on it yet)
Monitor goes dark blue/green and returns to normal saying Photoshop has stopped working, and saying in the bottom right corner that the driver had failed and then recovered.

Not sure what happened just want to make sure this isn't a problem with my hardware (new in December), help is appreciated *Smile

  2. Is there a problem with my pc?

I am fully updated and I have the proper version to get the free windows 10 upgrade but i dont have the "get windows 10" app. I tried all the troubleshooting. I used the command output, I used the "Get windows 10" troubleshooter. Anyone else have suggestions
for me? And has anyone else encountered this problem?

    Hi Raheem,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community. Your interest in Windows 10 is much appreciated.

I suggest you to follow the suggestion provided by Andre Da Costa replied on July 12, 2015 from the below link and check whether you get windows 10" app.

Why dont i have the windows 10 app

If still you do not get notification then I suggest you to download the ISO file from the below link and install the Windows 10 based on your 32 bit or 64 bit (perform only custom installation).

    Download Windows 10

Hope this information was helpful and do let us know if you need further assistance. We will be glad to assist.

I'm sure I have the latest drivers for nvidia and I'm not overclocked. Photoshop is at its latest version and the crash has never happened before or since, I game, and have had the games crash once or twice but not in the same way
