Windows 10: Is there a problem with my Photos Video Editor? Or is there just a file size limit.

So I was using the built-in Video Editor on the photos app when I tried to insert a video and it said: "Choose some other files. Something went wrong and we couldn't add some files." I don't know what to do. It happens whenever I upload a file over 9GB, which is most or more of my file sizes. I've tried repairing the app, resetting the app and reinstalling the app. Is this a problem with my Photos app? Or is there just a file limit.

MP3 Files Not Recognized By Windows 10 When Adding To A Video Editor

Please suggest me a very good video editor and a photo editor (although inbuilt photo editing is there but still if there is any better) for my nokia 808 pureview white and from where i can download these and install in my mobile.
