Windows 10: Is there a program or free app for my Windows 10 pc similar to the iPhone & Android LENS...

I've read everywhere that even though it's made by Microsoft, I can only put it on my home PC if I first install some dumb Android Emulator. NO THANKS. UNLESS THAT'S WAY EASIER THAN I THINK THAT IT WOULD BE, I'M NOT UP TO IT. I love how I can drag the corners of either a new photo or an existing one with LENS and it can easily just turn it into a perfect rectangle. ..

Remote app for android

I recently traded in my iphone for an android, and just realized that hippo remote is iphone only. I'm looking for a similar app for android so I can use it as a remote for my htpc. Any suggestions?

Not sure if anyone's seen this yet, but they have $.10 (yes, 10 cents) android apps on the Android Market to celebrate 10 BILLION downloads. So far I've picked up Tetris, Need for Speed Shift, SoundHound amd ADWLauncher EX. There were several other games that were listed, including ones too good for my phone *Frown

 

iPhone or Android recommendations

Android, as a pc enthusiast you probably like customisation and fiddling with stuff.

Even non rooted Android is brilliant for fiddling!

Lots of different launchers/dialers/contacts lists/widgets/lock screens/ other UI additions/changes to download.

+ Apps! Most Apps on Android are free as well and the number of app in the market is rapidly catching up to the App store.


But having said that I am massively biased lol
