Hello, I have several airgap systems that I would like to have the ability to review the microsoft docs product documentation on in order to lookup knowledge as my staff works on these systems. I do not have the ability to have a connected computer nearby even cell coverage is sometimes very limited. Manually downloading each section as a pdf is tedious and frustrating, i would like to be able to grab a single file if possible to keep the documentation up to date.

I suggest you to Restore to Default the folders and document settings and see if it helps.

Step 1:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Download folder.
• Right click on the Download Folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

Step 2:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Documents folder.
• Right click on the Document folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

After performing above steps change the settings as you required and check if it helps.

Why can't I download Hulu from company portal?

Good day Jack224! I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. I understand that you are unable to download a certain app from the company portal. If you have already done troubleshooting steps and it was still not working then I would suggest to resort in reporting this to the IT Support of the company where you are working for as it might be visible in the portal but something is broken between that on the backend side that is not allowing for this download to happen.
