    Bluetooth KB/Mouse?

    I have a customer looking for a wireless keyboard and mouse but he needs it to go 16 feet without any issues. I think the BT ones can do that no problem but they all seem to cost $200! Does anyone know if there is a decent kit in the $100 range? If not are there non-BT models like the 2.4GHZ ones that can do that range?? I saw some of the Logitech Wave kits with 2.4GHZ but in the reviews cust said they started having problems over 10 feet.

    Any suggestions would be great he doesn't want to spend $200+ on a KB/Mouse but he needs the range!

    What new KB and mouse

    Looking at a new keyboard and mouse. I love my current Logitech MX5000, but its simply crap for gaming. The keyboard is fine, but the mouse constantly "lags" and holds back, and I just cant play CS like that *Stick Out Tongue Is there a tool to backout a KBXXXXXX when KB and Mouse are disabled :p.

    So, im going to sell the MX5000 set on ebay and with what I get, purchase a new keyboard and mouse.

    Just throw any suggestions at me, regardless of price (just so long as they arent overly expensive).

    I would prefer wireless, but if it isnt going to happen, I shall settle for a wired set.

    So far, im looking at the G7 wireless mouse. Apparently its really good, esp for wireless. Got no idea about the keyboard *Big Grin Is there a tool to backout a KBXXXXXX when KB and Mouse are disabled :D.

    I suggest you to follow the below steps to disable the touchpad:


    • Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard and click on
      Control Panel.

    • Click on Mouse.

    • On the Device Settings tab of the
      Mouse Properties screen, click the Disable button to turn off the Touchpad.

    • Restart the system
