Windows 10: Is there a way I can change my E-Mail address before the 30 day waiting period is over?

Hi,Recently my account has been compromised by a hacker but I have managed to recover my account from the hacker a few times. One thing that still remains a large issue is that they still hold the main E-Mail that is still being used to sign into my account. I have tried resetting it but they cancelled the reset and it now says I have to wait 30 days to be able to change it again. Is there any way that I can reset the E-Mail privileges and take control of my account again? Thanks, Tom.P.S. Could not get images to load.

30 Day Waiting Period

We moved, and I bought my wife a new Lumia 950. She was prompted to update her security info. She no longer has access to the old email so she indicated that. It blocker her with the well known "30 day waiting period." The period is supposed to end at the
end of January, 2016.

She CAN send/receive email from her computer, but she CANNOT send/receive email from her Lumia 950. It just continues to give her errors saying that she needs to fix her settings, she needs to wait 30 days, etc.

The phone is having all kind of other major issues - won't download anything (possibly because the account issue, random "low storage" errors when there is plenty of storage.

I need to clean the e-mail autocomplete address list, you know every time you write an e-mail the phone suggests an address. Like the grey "pop-up" (actually, pop-below), but that is the list I need to clean/delete - So where is it? or how do I clean that
list?

Error with e-mail address for account verification

Yes from the Account Profile page I added my e-mail address as an alternative, switched it with the primary and then after ensuring all devices would log in using the new e-mail address I deleted the alternative.

As suggested I attempted to change the security info again using the verification page that was giving the error. Now if I attempt to view the security info page of my account it says I don't have access for 30 days because the alternative e-mail address
(deleted address) is being replaced by my third e-mail address.

But I also received a security warning e-mail about the change to my primary e-mail address indicating that it was being replaced with the third address.
