Windows 10: Is there a way I can recover my synced data?

I just got my computer back from GeekSquad. They repaired it after it blue screened and wouldn't turn on. They said Windows had been corrupted somehow. They had to reset my computer and they were only able to copy my user data, like videos, photos, documents, etc. But now all of my programs and apps are gone. I really do not want to re-install every single individual app. I go to Settings->Accounts->And then I click on Sync your settings. The settings app freezes, and it loads forever. When I managed to get to the page, it said something like my account cannot do this, or I need to be signed into a home account or something. I can't clearly remember. Anyway, is there a way I can recover my data? I know there is a way. When I got this computer, I signed into my Microsoft Account and it synced everything. Including programs. Please help!

Hate to say it... but guess what... you shouldnt be trying to recover CDs that you dont own anymore. I know your intensions are honorable, but this is actually a help me pirate/hack thread.
