Windows 10: Is there a way i can refund my genuine copy of Windows 10/11 that i bought today? It did...

So I bought the $139 genuine Windows 10/11 upgrade because it was saying my device did not have a Windows 10 version on it. I bought it and it did nothing. It says it is active but also won't let me do much on my PC. Is there a way I can get a refund or an exchange for the same amount; if not, is there something I can do to remedy this?

Windows 7 not genuine problem

It seems like that's an OEM windows copy, it will do that the every time you reinstall the OS. If you have the key, next time you see the "not genuine windows copy" click it and choose to activate by phone, everything else is pretty straight forward as it explains step-by-step. If it doesn't work, then its highly likely that you got a Pirate copy.

The Genuine Advantage

ok so i got rid of the genuine advantage but the crack doesnt actually work! it dosent actually trick microsoft into thinking the copy is legit. i actually just ended up erasing it but the main reason for getting rid of it is to use Windows Media Player 11, is there a way to get past the whole genuine advantage check on the installer?
