Windows 10: Is there a way I can undo the restore default permission settings in vista cmd prompt

I thought that this would help the issue I was having. It did not it only made it worse. I fixed the main issue I was having but now I lost all my administrative rights to my computer on this account. So I was wondering if there's another cmd command like this secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose but to regain your administrative permissions. I've tried a few things with no success in any.

Default drive permissions

If you need to reset default permissions on that drive, here are the steps:

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

Form the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Paste this command into Command Prompt and press Enter

icacls "D:\" /t /q /c /reset

 

Restore Security Permissions

• Which folder are you trying to set the permissions?
• What are you referring to " files is affected "?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Open the file explorer and select the destination folder
  for which you wanted to revert back the permission changes.
• Right click on the folder. Select the Previous versions
  tab.
• Select the previous version in the below list and click
  apply.
• Check if the issue persists.

System Restore Undo

My OS is Windows 10.

I know how to so a System Restore, but cannot find a way of undoing
it.

Can someone please provide me with step by step instructions for undoing a System Restore.
