Windows 10: Is there a way I could hide my name that shows under my feedback on Feedback Hub?

Hi, I am not sure if this is the right space to ask this but, I have concerns about what the title says.I want to know if there is a way to either delete the feedback I submitted on the Feedback Hub OR hide my name that shows under my feedback.

• When did you started to notice that feedback hub could not sign you in?
• Do you remember when was the last time you were able to use the feedback hub?
• Did you receive any error message when you open feedback hub?
• Have you already tried updating your Windows Insider version?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

No problem, will wait. I thought about if re-installing Windows will help but I doubt it. Maybe you can try searching for my posts in the hub to see if it shows up in your end. One is: feedback not showing my feedback, something like that. Second is: something
like add languages without installing them. It you can help me contact MS for me or send a feedback in the hub and see if it shows up in yours. That way, I will know if it is my issue or one for everyone, thanks.

Terminate / Reset / Uninstall Feedback Hub

Windows Key+i > Apps > Click Feedback Hub > Advanced options

Terminate and now check whether Feedback Hub is working or not

If not, Reset and now check whether Feedback Hub is working or not

If not, Uninstall and reinstall from Microsoft Store again

Get back to me if above doesn't work. I will provide further troubleshooting steps.
