Windows 10: is there a way to A) mass delete "other devices" and B) stop block devices from my bluetooth

please help iv been staying with my parents and using there WIFI and have noticed there wireless hard drive has appaired in my Other device section for Bluetooth a few time so I started deleting them from my PC I think I deleted about 10 before taking a good look 159 times the wireless hard drive and the Tv appear in my other devices. please is there a quick way to delete 318 thighs from over devices and is there away to stop this while still using Bluetooth for my mouse and head phones. please I feel like im gonna cry

• Did you checked whether the Bluetooth device is listed under hidden devices in Device manager?
• What is the make and model of your Bluetooth device?
• Can you tell us the specific bluetooth devices that you're using on your Windows 10?
• Have you checked whether the Bluetooth driver is listed under installed programs under Programs and features?
  

Meanwhile, we suggest that you check if the Bluetooth services is enabled by following the steps below:

• Press Windows + R keys on the keyboard, type services.msc and press OK.
  
• Right click on Bluetooth Support service and select
  Restart.
  
• Right click on Bluetooth support service and select Properties
  and check if the startup type is Automatic.

How to return deleted bluetooth device?

Let's check on this. To pair your phone with your MI Band 2 or any Bluetooth accessory. We suggest that you try the following steps below:

• Make sure that the accessory or device you want to pair is turned on and in pairing mode so your phone can connect to it. and then turn the
  
• In the App list, go to Settings> Devices >
  Bluetooth and then turn the Status to On. Your phone will search for any discoverable Bluetooth accessories or devices. It will also be discoverable to other Bluetooth accessories or devices near you while you're on
  this screen. Make sure your phone stays unlocked during pairing.
• Tap the name of the accessory or device that you want to pair with your phone.
• If a PIN (also called a pairing code) is required, do one of the following:

• In the Pairing accessory message box, make sure that both the phone and the accessory or device display the same PIN, then tap
  OK.
• Enter the PIN for your accessory if you're asked for it, then tap Done.

After it's paired, your phone will automatically connect to the accessory or device when it's in range and Bluetooth is on your phone is turned on.

Bluetooth device migration.

Sounds like a Bluetooth driver conflict to me. Did you make any changes on your laptop prior to the issue? What is the build and version of your Windows 10? In the meantime, kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1: Lets remove the Megacra sound bar from your Bluetooth device list.

1. Select Start > Settings > Devices >
   Bluetooth & other devices.
2. Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
   Yes.
   
   Restart your laptop.

Step 2: Download and install the latest Bluetooth driver directly from Dell support website.

Step 3: Pair again your Bluetooth device to your laptop. Kindly check for the device manual for the instructions.
