Windows 10: Is there a way to access my pc if the email address tied to my login is no longer valid?

I was a volunteer with an organization and had an onmicrosoft.com account for several years. I never realized it was linked to my Windows login...sigh... I recently left the organization and they removed the email address. I attempted to log into the pc and, of course, it is not working for me. Questioning my own intelligence, I never added any alternate accounts to the PC. Other than wiping in and losing data I would really prefer to keep, is there a way around the train wreck I created for myself?Many Thanks!MJC

How to delete an incorrect email address showing in profile history

Any ideas when or if this issue will be addressed? Please add functionality to delete an email address in a window that pops up when typing an email address. There are email addresses that display for auto suggesting that are no longer valid. They are not
in my contacts/people list. These appear to be stored in a "hidden" area of the device, making it not possible to remove them.

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.

Misspelled email address login

We don't know what happened, but my friend's daughter was using the laptop and did
something and now the only user option to login is misspelled.

We don't see an option to switch users or to login with the correct email address. We did go through and successfully change the password with the correct email address through the "forgot password" method. However the correct email address doesn't translate
to the login page.

Is there any way to change the username attempting to login. We have valid credentials, the laptop isn't showing us where to put them in.
