Windows 10: Is there a way to actually resolve the WINDOWS 11 error code 0x80073cf6...?

I am receiving a Windows 11 error code 0x80073cf6 when attempting to MOVE an installed program from the C: drive to another INTERNAL HDD of the same Windows 11 OS desktop computer... Is there an actual solution to this error code or just a laundry list of 'try this' remedies? I have tried uninstalling the program and attempted to reinstall it on the internal drive I want the program to live on which does work but is time consuming... I am running out of storage space on the C: drive, this is why I want to reinstall the program on to a clean formatted INTERNAL HDD... I can uninstall all the

The error code: 0x80073CF6 that you are seeing after performing the steps provided by
Joe Men may be caused by some issues with the Windows Store cache. Let us go ahead and reset it by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button.
• In the Search box, type WSReset.exe.
• Once the program comes up, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
• The Windows Store will open and you should get a confirmation message saying
  “The cache has for the Store was cleared. You can now browse the Store for apps.”
