Windows 10: Is there a way to add a dial-up connection to the quick settings section in Windows 11?

Hey there,I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and noticed that a useful feature for quickly connecting to a dial-up connection is missing. At work, we rely on this feature to connect to APN.In Windows 10, once a dial-up connection is created, it would appear above the wireless settings allowing me to connect directly from there. It was displaying a pop-up with credentials and showing the connection status. Unfortunately, in Windows 11, the only way I found to connect to a dial-up connection is through the settings menu. How2 quickly turn on a Dial-up Broadband Connection?


Here and elsewhere I found how to create a Dial-up, broadband connection (sorry still using this old stuff seeing that I am at a university in China) shortcut placed on the desktop. B4 the shortcut I had to:
-1- click on the R-side of the task bar icon
-2- Click on the broadband strip on top
-3- Click on the connection
-4- click on Connect
Creating a shortcut from there (Settings -> Network & Internet -> DIal-up) onto the desktop actually creates an extra step since it defaults to VPN instead--and even if it didn't it would still be 4 steps.
Is this any way to make this a 1 or 2-step process?

Is there a way to speed dial WITHOUT having to confirm the call? SPEED DIAL

Is there any way to make a call, speed dial, to any person in your contact list, favorites list, etc. WITHOUT receiving the message "Dial Jane Doe 555-123-4567? CALL-----DON'T CALL"?

I have people that I would like to call just by touching the contact but the phone has me (1) search the contact whether in phone tile or people tile, (2) then I must tap the contact, (3) then I must dial the contact, and (4) I must confirm that this is
the number I want to call. RIDCULOUS!!

I've downloaded (many) apps that have been suggested by other users but none have the feature. The Nokia Lumia 1020 and Windows phones are great devices but the Simplicity to use is gone in some cases. It's already been suggested to me that I should use
the "voice dial"; that's not the answer I'm looking for. I'm looking for a Simple, one touch, manual speed dial.
