What's a good free desktop screen recorder for a decade old 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC?

With no limitations and can handle live videos on screens to record in web browsers. Also, it has to work well on a decade old updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC with 6 GB of RAM and ATI Radeon 4870 video card (512 MB of RAM).

Why does my 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 keep forgetting selected desktop wallpaper location to shuffle?

Why is it every time I log out and into my local administrator level user account in my old, updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1, it forgets my selected desktop wallpaper drive location (D:\Medias\AntsImages\wallpapers)?

Is anyone else having problems getting today's MRT's Nov. 2019 update in 64-bit W7?
