Windows 10: Is there a way to block login attempts to my account from anywhere but my own country?

Because I've been getting annoying single-use code spam for weeks. Sometimes even a dozen times a day.If I check login attempts on my e-mail/account from outside of my country I see a list of everything ranging from the US to China and Pakistan to Brazil and everything in between, up to dozens every single day.I've looked for other solutions, already changed my passwords, etc. I even have filters set up in my mail clients to stop this spam from incessantly ending up in my inbox and skip to archive. But I keep getting these mail notifications for them regardless.Is there any way to disable the

VPN blocks Microsoft account login attempts

I feel reasonably certain the cause is

That said Paypal will not generally accept VPN as of course the very nature of a VPN changes your location, so Paypal refusing the connection is a security method when Paypal detects a log in attempt from a location - entire countries etc. away from where your account is listed.

Thanks for the suggestion. I went to my Google account but found no obvious way to open 'Settings.' Please provide some details of the steps involved for an 83-year-old.
