Windows 10: Is there a way to change Dialog Box Button sizes?

I would like to change the dialog box button sizes using Registry Editor in Windows without changing the Display Size. I tried searching around the internet, but I could not find any documentation like that. I would like if someone gave me at least something that matches my needs. I tried changing various Registry Keys that are connected to Display Size or Resolution settings, but could not find anything that changes button sizes. In ease of access I have set the text size to 120% but it makes no difference to dialog boxes which are tiny. Display is 1920x1080. How can I change the size and font size of the dialog boxes?

It's great that the Surface Pro 8 has high resolution, but it appears to lead to the problem of difficult-to-read text size in dialog boxes, where the font has not been changed to display well. Is there any way to change the size of text in dialog boxes? Text in other areas can be changed under View, and is fine.
