Windows 10: Is there a way to change the windows 10 lock screen animation?

I have Win 10 Home, I configured the lock screen to only show the time and date at the bottom left corner as well as a background, and that gets shown when I press WINKEY+L, here's the question, when I click anywhere on that lock screen there's a slide animation that's too quick, before it reveals the login screen, how do I adjust that slide animation speed? I've seen this on long gone previous win8, and 10 versions, where the lock screen is clicked or touched (when using touch screen) and the lock screen would slide up to reveal the login screen, I would like to be able to do this with win10 version 1909, could it be a setting in the registry?

Lock Screen keeps changing

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Windows Spotlight picks the photos from Bing and displays them in the lock screen. I understand that you have set a picture and it is getting changed automatically.

I suggest you to follow the steps to select the Picture that you want to be displayed on the lock screen. Please follow the steps mentioned below to set a Picture to lock screen:

1. Press and hold Windows + I key on the keyboard to open settings.
   
2. Click on Personalization.
   
3. Click on Lock screen.
   
4. Click on the drop down under Background and select
   Picture.
   
5. Click on Browse and select the picture that you want to set.

>> I have made some driver updates related to my steel series keyboard drivers, but I don't think it has to do anything in here.

• Are you getting any error messages?

>> No, at least, I do not see one.

• What is the build number of your operating system?

>> Windows 10 Pro, Version 1703, OS Build No.: 15063.483

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Lock screen on Windows 10 won't change

I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and have also been unable to change the lock screen. Followed the steps as suggested and the problem is still not fixed. Is there anything else that can be done?
