    Is there a way to continue giving input after terminating process with Ctrl + C and getting...


    I'm using Powershell from Windows Terminal. When I run some CMD process such as serving file on local server and quiet with Ctrl + C, It outputs Process exited with code ****** and stops taking input after that. So I have to open new terminal tab, CD into working directory and cont. every time. Is there a way to continue giving input after terminating process with Ctrl + C and getting exit code?

    $> eleventy --watchWriting _site/index.html from ./index.md.Wrote 1 file in 0.11 seconds v0.11.1Watching…[process exited with code 3221225786] // Stops taking input but I want to continue working in existing terminal

    When using Quora (Win10 MS Edge) using Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to cut and paste into a reply or comment results in the display of the HTML assciated with the text. How do I get just text?

    Using Web app Quora with WIn10 and MS Edge

    When I use CTRL+C to cut text from any website and then use CTRL+V to insert it into my Quora reply/comment the associated HTML is also displayed.

    The only way I can work around this is to

    • Paste the cut into Notepad (CTRL+V)
    • Recopy it (CTRL+C)
    • Paste the new snippet into Quora (CTRL+V)
    It appears from interaction with others on Quora that this is a MS Edge problem and the suggestion is I use Chrome instead.

    I would prefer to use MS Edge

    Any solution?

    BTW It is a sad comment that the Category list below does not include MS Edge but only refers to Internet Explorer...

    Yes I know Is there a way to continue giving input after terminating process with Ctrl + C and getting... ;)

    My question is: is second case (Notepad in your example), is it possible to "send" the CTRL-C to Notepad (in my .bat to java) instead of terminating whole .bat execution ?

    Or a way to kill child process if "Yes" or double CTRL-C ?
