    Although I don't need to play with windows, The windows copyright IS A PROBLEM for MILLIONS of programmers around the world and with the rise of open source software this is going to be a problemCopyright is a problem, so Windows must be copylefted otherwise i will be switching to Linux and i will tell others to do soCopyright change example;Bell pushed to release a closed-source Unix version called System 3, in 1983.     could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Hi,

    We understand the inconvenience caused and will assist you.

    I suggest you to unregister and re-register the Windows installer service by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows + R keys to open the Run Dialog box.
    • Type msiexec /unregister and press Enter/click on OK to unregister the service.
    • Press Windows + R keys to open the Run Dialog box.
    • Type msiexec /regserver and press Enter/click on OK to re-register the service.

    Try to install the application and check for status.
