Windows 10: Is there a way to find out what is preventing me from receiving the update to Win10 1903?

I looked down the list of issues that could potentially delay the 1903 update back in late May/early June and only one could apply to my setup. That was solved earlier this month, but I'm still waiting on the update. Nothing new that's been added seems to apply to me. The closest thing is an Intel RST issue, but I'm well within the safe driver range for that to not affect me. I'm wondering if there's a way to find out what the hold up is, or if maybe I'm just ineligible for the update for some reason.

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Win10 update v 1903

Just received the Win10 update v 1903. Already has issues (not surprised). This is the error I now get: "There was a problem starting C:\windows\system32\LogiLDA.dII

The specified module could not be found"

Any ideas what this means or how to fix it?

If I understand correctly, in simple terms, you are suggesting changing the path/method of obtaining the 1903 update but still installing it anyway -

Surely if the problem is actually with the 1903 update then the result will be the same problems irrespective of how it is applied?

Please could you clarify in simple terms, step by step, what your suggested actions actually do and how this may solve the problem.
