Windows 10: Is there a way to fix the streaks on my screen?

I have tried uninstalling the graphics driver and letting it reinstall, I just updated my computer today It has been doing this for around a month, I have tried clean reboots and turning back to older updates but nothing has fixed this problem. It started in early May when I updated my computer and after updating, it had all these streaks coming off of all words, textboxes, icons, everything. Is there a way to fix this and if there is, how? If it helps, this has happened before and was fixed after a windows update, perhaps a year ago.

Online videos streaks - Windows 10

Has there been any new ways to solve this problem? I still haven't gotten most online video to work without streaking in the Edge Browser. Video works in the other browsers but I want to continue using Edge. I tried what you suggested but it still doesn't
work.

 

White streaks on screen while entering into IE

Everything is fine with my new Nokia Lumia 820 but today I noticed these white streaks and dots when I load IE(Facebook specially) from the start screen. These streaks vanishes when IE finished loading(the transition from start screen to IE screen).Has anyone else
noticed this kind of behavior.



Trick to imitate what I did

Open IE>Open Facebook(mobile)>Click those 3 horizontal lines on upper left corner of your facebook>Press start(windows) button>press back>White streak will appear.
