Windows 10: Is there a way to fix the streaks that come off icon's and text's on my screen?

I updated my computer to windows 11 and since then I've been getting streaks that have been coming off icons and text's. This is the first time that this has happened to me some I'm wondering if there is anyway to get rid of it.Here is an Image that I took with my phone because it wouldn't show the streaks otherwise. Any help to get rid of it would be appreciated.

Regarding your concern, we can change the Desktop icon text color in another way around. We found another thread, which have the same concern, that contains an action to change the Desktop icon text color. We recommend that you follow the steps given by

Feature suggestion: Add "Options" screen + add icon for it

Suggestion:
The place for the options, namely the top left corner system menu, is a bit strange, most similar programs do not use it like that.
Most programs use a separate Options (or maybe Settings, whichever sounds best) screen.

So, I suggest for the menu items in the system menu to become like this:
Restore
Move
Size
Minimize
Close
Check for Update...
Options
Read Asic Quality
Launch GPU-Z Instaler
About...
(or maybe Always on Top option can also stay)

Also, optionally I suggest adding a Gear or maybe Wrench icon next to the Camera icon in top right.
When that Gear or Wrench icon is clicked, for the Options/Settings screen to appear.
Where we have the Tooltips, Always on Top, Tooltip language and the other options.

NOTE: Also, if the Size system menu item as well as the Restore menu item are not needed, they can both be removed. It is not trivial, but there is a way. *Smile

 

Windows 10 desktop icon text

Hi,

Text colors can be change by setting your desktop the way you want it and using themes. Try the following steps and see if it can help change the icons text color:

• Go to Settings.
• Select Personalization.
• Click Colors.
• Choose High contrast settings.
• Choose a theme and set the colors you want to use on each options shown.
• Click Apply and wait for the changes to take effect.
• You can try setting different colors that will suit your taste.

Also, if you're using a picture for background, make sure to change and set it to
solid color as another workaround.
