Windows 10: Is there a way to fix this issue? Or have i completely ruined my pc?

So a while ago I was getting notifications that 'Your device has reached the end of its service. Please update to yada yada'I had two updates, a software & a 'your device is missing important security & quality fixes' every time I pressed 'check for updates' it does it, goes to 'update name 0%' then if I just leave it doesn't do the update/increase the percentage and stops it.A twoish days ago I had 'windows task host' run when I tried to set it down, so I contacted someone I knew who helped me on my previous post it was how I turned it off but

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

This issue might have occurred due to incorrect settings.
I would suggest you to follow the below steps to change the font size in the title bar.

• 
  Type display in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under “change only text size “select title bar
  
• 
  Choose the font size accordingly
