Windows 10: Is there a way to fix this issue?

I was trying to delete a file but it said it was running in dwm.exe. So I hit end process on DWM. I’ve tried to restart my computer but every time it turns on it instantly goes black and I see nothing but black screen. Is there a way to fix this?

This issue might have occurred due to incorrect settings.
I would suggest you to follow the below steps to change the font size in the title bar.

• 
  Type display in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under “change only text size “select title bar
  
• 
  Choose the font size accordingly

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Well known issue with G92 cards.

You'll need to bake it (yes, as in putting it in the oven.) Do some google searches, there's plenty of threads out there detailing the process needed to fix the issue.
