    Is there a way to fix this?


    Hey, you can see what happened in my last postbecause I think the one helped me retired, but it was not doing it the way it supposed to, it's just repeating itself just what i said, I can't pretty much do it because everytime it opens I have no second to turn it off, that's why the windows recovery isn't opening, I can't really go for a computer professional to fix it, as I have no money to pay, I wanna do this alone or seek for a beg. Is there any way to do/fix this?

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
