Windows 10: Is there a way to get a preview of files stored on One Drive without opening them or...

I'm running into a problem with previewing files that are stored on One Drive which means most of my files from the last couple of years. I don't want to download every file since that defeats the purpose of having one drive and potentially creates multiple edits of the same document and having to save it twice any time it it modified to avoid having two different versions.I deal with thousands of court documents and cannot always remember which document contains the information I'm looking for. It isn't practical to have to open all the documents I might want to check since that often lead

I'd like to know if there's a way of listing all the files stored in my hardware and arrange them by size, because I want to keep track of what's on my hard drive. Thanks, I hope you answer.

You can use Windows search. Just search for *.* on a desired drive. When list is done just arrange them by size LOL.

You can do it via command line as well and make an output text file showing files and their sizes (but without arrangement)

 

Delete and Cut Files with Preview Pane Open

  Select View and click on preview panel.

  Select the pdf file.
  
• 
  At the right corner you will be able to see preview panel.

  You can right click on it and delete the files.
