Windows 10: Is there a way to get Directx12 Ultimate on windows 11?

Hi all,I recently bought Tekken 8 and I’m super excited to play, but when I tried starting it I got a pop up message saying“DirectX12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or d3d12 command line argument”I’ve gone through various YT vids so I’ve check and I have 100% confirmed that I do have Directx12 confirmed, my graphics card is AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 16 CPUs ~3.2GHz so it definitely works and I’m running windows 11.I’m at a loss and really need some help :I can provide more specs if needed, I just really need this game in my life lol its special c

What does DirectX12 Ultimate mean for projects made with DirectX12 API?

Hello to the person who is reading this, I hope you are safe and sound and that everything is okay due to the current events.

I have recently read about DirectX12 Ultimate being announced :

Now, after reading the article I got really hyped up, so I searched around for more information around the
DirectX Dev Blog and saw this article:

I was confused at first after reading it because I as a person who likes to experiment with new technology saw a link to the samples of the new API, but the link (GitHub - microsoft/DirectX-Graphics-Samples: This repo contains the DirectX Graphics samples that demonstrate how to build graphics intensive applications on Windows.)
reached into a GitHub master branch which I already knew since way before DirectX12 Ultimate got announced.

So I'm pretty confused right now since basically, I thought that the announcement of DirectX12 Ultimate would mean changing already existing DirectX12 code. So, what does DirectX12 Ultimate API actually change for the programmer side? Does it only signify
that a computer/graphics card is able of using the newest features (i.e: ray-tracing)?

(Also I'm not sure in which category this belongs to, so I posted this in the "Gaming on Windows 10" one since it seems as the most logical choice.)

How do you enable DirectX 12 ultimate in Windows 11?

Using Win11, ran dxdiag to find what version of DirectX I have and it says DirectX12 Ultimate, but lists it as disabled. Have just run the latest windows updates and the DirectX installer, but it still shows as disabled when I rerun the dxdiag, even after having restarted the laptop. How do I enable the DirectX 12?

DirectX 12 Ultimate features will be available in the next retail version of Windows 10, version 2004. but window 10 version 2004 is not showing any direct x 12 ultimate , where is it, I need information
