Windows 10: Is there a way to get help veryfying my account?

Ive had an hp mini for years and a few years back its had this issue where it can seem to be able to verify my account. First it sits on preparing window for 5 to 10 minites. Second it opens windows but states it cant verify my account and gives a temporary account.Is there any way to get my account verifyed so I can get all my data back. Its a really old laptop like Ive had it since 2013, but it was my aunts before me. It updates fine, works fine in my opinion besides that veryfying issue.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
