Windows 10: Is there a way to get the Phone link app to stop asking me to use data when wifi isn't...

I have the box unchecked to use data when wifi isn't available because no wifi means no internet therefore no use for the phone link app yet EVERY time I look at the app it puts this notification up asking me to use data when there's no wifi and it blocks the message window. I have a small data plan on my phone and unlimited wifi at home because I'm not a kid who watches movies on his cell who's parents pay $120/month for their phone with 50GB data. This is very annoying and should not appear after unchecking the box. Am I missing something?Thanks in advance.

Stop Windows 10 from asking to link phone to computer

Besides Group Policy, what other ways have you tried ?
Do you utilize Shared experiences, Share across devices ?

Unlink your phone from your PC running Windows 10, use these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Phone.
• Click the Unlink this PC option. Unlink your phone from computer.
• Click the Home button.
• Click on Devices.
• Click on Bluetooth & other devices.
• Select your phone.
• Click the Remove device button.

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Your Phone App/Link to Windows stopped connecting

I've been using Your Phone App (on a Windows 10 PC, updated) and Link to Windows (on a Galaxy S9 phone, Android version 10) for several months to cut items in Samsung Notes so I can paste them into a Word doc on my PC. Recently it stopped working for no
apparent reason (no system update, etc.) - I'd highlight the text and "copy" (and got a "copied to clipboard" message) but if I tried pasting on my PC I got whatever was already on the PC clipboard.

The Your Phone App on my PC lists my phone but says "We can't connect." I followed the suggested trouble shooting and nothing helped. I tried deleting the PC from the Link to Windows app on my phone and tried to reconnect with my PC ("add a device").
It says to "open Your Phone app, follow the directions and sign in with your email to finish linking your devices." Since I've already been using the Your Phone app I can't sign in. I can't even check which email I signed in with (although it must be correct
since this was working last week), and there seems to be no way to delete the app and start from scratch, which would seem like an obvious thing to try.

I signed into my Microsoft account on my phone and got to a "Check your PC" screen on my phone that said "One more thing before we ask for final permission" but I got the endless spinning of circles. By the way, when I sign into my Microsoft account online
it lists my PC and my phone. I also have both using the same home wifi.
