Windows 10: Is there a way to have custom presets for maximizing text on Edge or Word?

I work with my laptop plugged into a monitor, half the time I unplug my laptop and use it alone without peripherals or monitor. The problem is I have to zoom in atleast 150% when I use my monitor so I can see text. Once I use my laptops screen I have to again set it back to 100% or else the text will be too big. Is there a way to have a custom preset every time I connect my laptop to the monitor?

How to view or edit the custom dictionary?

If you go to Keyboard under Settings, you can hit "reset text suggestions" to return the dictionary/suggestions to what it came pre-loaded with. I don't know of a way to more finely tune it. I would like to see the ability to create and edit a custom word
list, like the custom dictionary list as Office uses.

 

S40 and copying the T9 custom words

I found out myself that the custom word list is indeed losing words rapidly. I don't know exactly how, but I confirmed that words written both 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago have vanished. The phone doesn't suggest the words even I'm 100% certain I have entered
them.

I don't see any correlation with word length or anything else; the disappearing seems to be random-like.

If anyone has information about the limitations of the custom T9 word list, it'd be great.

I understand that you want to disable word suggestions when you type any word. I’ll certainly help you with the steps.



To disable text suggestions, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Devices, and click on
   Typing on the left pane.
   
3. Now, under Typing toggle the switch to off for
   Show text suggestions as I type on the software keyboard.
   
4. Under Hardware keyboard, toggle the switch to on for
   Show text suggestions as I type.
