Windows 10: Is there a way to have english qwertz

I have been using qwertz my entire life and now for programming the English layout is superior to all qwertz languages. Is there a way to make english qwertz?

Windows 10 Mobile QWERTZ Keyboard Layout (German) with English Proofing

Hello Community!

I am having a bit of an issue with the Keyboard settings in Windows 10 Mobile and am hoping that there is simply an easy setting I am overlooking somewhere.

As a professional using Windows Mobile in Germany, I am required to work professionally in English, while still using German for my private communications.

The issue I am having is this; with English set as the display and proofing language, selecting the QWERTZ (German) keyboard layout automatically changes the proofing language back to German.

I am able to use the QWERTY (English) keyboard layout (all other settings being the same) with English proofing, but this absolutely destroys my typing productivity.

So my question is this, how can I keep the English Display and Proofing settings while having a QWERTZ keyboard layout?

I am sure the setting is somewhere, but I am completely lost trying to find it!

Japanese IME QWERTZ

I use the German keyboard layout with English Being the main language. Recently I have tried to use the Japanese IME but the layout it in the English version which is QWERTY and I want to change that to QWERTZ.

is this Possible to do or am I gonna have to get reacquainted with QWERTY

This does not create an English keyboard with QWERTZ layout, unfortunately, but it is a workaround for the OneNote thing, if anyone would need it.

You can have a "language" setting in Windows with a keyboard of a completely different language.

So my situation now is, that I have:

1. Slovak language (with Slovak QWERTZ keyboard)
   
2. English language (with Slovak QWERTZ keyboard)
   

Now I can type with English language (Slovak keyboard) in OneNote, which forces English proofing language and then when I type in Slovak I can switch to Slovak language (with Slovak keyboard) and have Slovak proofing language.

The problem with this is that I do not have the benefit of an English keyboard this way, I only have two Slovak keyboards like this (with different localizations)
