Windows 10: Is there a way to have Windows 10 open and close a program on startup?

For some more context, I have an NZXT Hue+ for my PC lighting, and it requires the NZXT Cam software to open at least once after startup so your lighting profile starts. Otherwise, it just remains as the default white. The frustrating part is that, aside from applying my lighting profile, Cam is just awful. It's buggy and unpredictable, so I don't use it as a hardware monitor at all. It's annoying needing to open and close the program anytime I do a full shutdown. The lighting profile stays the way I had it if the computer is simply restarted or updating Windows, but such isn't the case when you actually shutdown the computer. I'm aware of being able to add programs to startup with Windows, but not sure how I can get it to close itself afterwards. I imagine there's probably a simply way of achieving this that I've not seen. Any help would be appreciated!

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Fastest way to adding program in Windows startup

In Google I can find only solutions, where I need in many steps for adding my program to Windows 10 startup folder. Are there fast ways? Example:

1. Right_Click to SashaGoddess.exe in Windows Explorer or desktop,
   
2. Select Send to startup,
   
3. Shortcut for SashaGoddess.exe will be created and send to shell:startup — C:\Users\SashaChernykh\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup for me.
