Windows 10: Is There a Way To Limit The Download Speed of the Windows Store?

Dear fellow windows 10 users,

Hi, i'm a PC enthusiast and a light streamer with a decent internet speed and an overkill streaming PC. Since me and my dad are working from home, I wanted to download some new games and apps in the meantime, like Gears 5 and Dirt Rally 2.0. My router prioritizes my PC's connection for some reason since it's over Ethernet so when I start downloading things from the Windows store, it pins my internet connection at it's full 72Mbps. My dad and I literally can't do anything on chrome unless I pause the downloads. I have used NetLimiter in the past so my free trial has ended. Is there any other free programs I can use or built in programs to limit the download speed of just the Microsoft store and not my whole PC's internet connection?

Is there any way to limit the download speed of Windows Store so it doesn't eat up all of your internet bandwidth, without installing any third party programs like net balancer?

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
