Windows 10: Is there a way to make full screen start menu be zoomed in?

Basically what i want is my whole system to be in 100% UI zoom except full screen Start Menu, which would use 150% UI zoom setting. Or any other solution that would achieve the same look (everything being bigger in start)

• Type Settings on the search bar and select
  Settings.
• Click on Personalization and choose Start.
• On the right side, turn off the option
  Use Start Full screen.

How do I get a screenshot of start menu?

1. Run snipping tool ( If screen appears grayed out, press ESC, if not continue step 2.)
2. Click to open the start menu
3. Hold CTRL and press print Screen. Screen will appear grayed out, ready to capture.

NOTE: This will work with all popup menus ie. Windows Menu, Context menu etc...
