Windows 10: Is there a way to make One Drive load up so I can actually use it?

Hi, I've been struggling with setting up my one drive on my pc that I recently reset. It keeps telling me to sign in, but every time I click the blue button, it doesn't do anything other than close the window. Is there a way to fix this?
