Is there a way to manually rearrange the "new" shell context menu?

So basically, I installed office again, and I have notepad++ attached to .txt files, so it shows in the context menu. Is there any way to move the Notepad++ Document/.txt shell key upwards or downwards, so it doesn't split the MS Office applications? Yes this triggers me and yes I want to change it, I sat down multiple hours searching the internet already but only thing I found was someone with a third party application for Windows 7. Even though I'm sure it will still work, I don't want to necessarily install a third party application.

    :)

    Inconsistent Shell Context Menu

I noticed something peculiar this morning. The Explorer right-click context menu is inconsistent on what it displays.

For example, when I right-clicked on one folder, it displays the "Add to Windows Media Player List" and "Play with Windows Media Player" options.

However, when I right-clicked on another folder, these options are absent.

Whether these options appear in the context menu seems to be entirely arbitrary. About half of the folders have the options, and the rest do not.

    Is this a known bug?

Rearranging the context menu (right click)

    Dalchina,

While we're on context menus, do you know a way to modify the spacing between entries? I, for the life of me, can't figure this one out. I use a Surface when out/about but the touch friendly/immersive context menu only works on the desktop 99% of the time. Files/folders typically populate the standard (mouse click) context menu, which can be hard to navigate via touch (ie - eject or format... right next to each other). Just curious if you know much about modifying it. Thanks.
