Is there a way to nest a keymap inside of a keymap on a windows OS?

kind of like the program emacs or vim where you enter into "modes" so pressing keys mean something different in each mode? The reason I'm asking is because I got this Chinese keyboard from Fuhlen which seems like standard Ascii American keyboard but third party Japanese keycaps with it's own hiragana print. Microsoft IME seems to force you to type romaji to input kana and not kana directly. For example, press ctl+alt+shift+h to switch to hiragana then just press "s" key for as printed on my keyboard and "n" key for ; then one could press it again to switch to normal mode then press ctl+al

    :)

Permissions on windows store app executables How do I get th lock off

I just made my first ever purchase from the windows store, a game called "Recore".

I use a Razer Tartarus gamepad and I want to link the games executable to the keymap I made for it. I do this for every single program I make a keymap for, I have more keymaps then I can count.

Well, I took ownership of the windowsapps folder so I could look inside and find "recore.exe. I click on it and it says I don't have permission to open it.

I've tried every trick I know and I can't get access to this damn file. I don't want to modify it, I just want my gamepad to link my keymap to it,

Possible to lock keymap selection?: Windows 10 keeps changing keymaps constantly. It's incredibly annoying.
