Windows 10: Is there a way to prevent just only 1 of monitor from sleeping? 3 monitor setup

Hi,I'm running a 3 monitor setup, one of them is a small screen inside my PC case aka a sensor panel.Is there a way to prevent that 1 screen from going to sleep while other 2 monitors sleep as usual after the delay set in power setting is up?I know I can set to never turn display off in power setting but that will apply to all connected monitors. Is there a way to make it to apply to only some monitors?

3 Monitor Setup: Monitor 2&3 Are lagging when gaming on Monitor 1

Hi,

I have Win 11 23H2 x64 running on:

Ryzen 9 7900x3d, RTX 2080ti, 64gb DDR5 Ram

The system operates on a 3 Monitor Setup all 144hz or higher.

obviously i want to use my 3 monitors while gaming so I play on main monitor and additionally watch a stream or videos on second monitor.

So the entire setup is:

Monitor 1: Game

Monitor 2: Twitch Stream

Monitor 3: Discord screenshare

In that moment, i tab into the game, both streams (discord and twitch) are lagging and running with 1 frame all 3 seconds. this counts for both application (web browser + discord) so it is not a setting in browser.

I recently upgraded my system (mainboard ram and cpu) and on my older hardware (ryzen 7 3700x, 32gbram) this problem did not occur.

Double Monitor Setup is not connecting

Hi Yuri,

To setup dual monitors, I suggest you to press Windows + P keys
and select Extend or the required option and check for status. If you are still unable to setup dual monitor, suggest you to update the Display Adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check for status.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

Dual monitors not waking from sleep

Hi all,

I'm having issues where my monitors won't wake from sleep in a dual monitor setup. This only occurs after waking them from a sleep state, and they work fine when booting up my PC from scratch.

I have tested both monitors in a single monitor setup and the issue goes away completely as they wake from sleep just fine when only using a single monitor. This issue only seems to occur when using both monitors simultaneously.

I have tried the below steps to no avail to remedy the issue:

• Changed the DisplayPort cable
  
• Uninstalled graphics drivers with DDU and reinstalled them again
  
• Made sure Windows update was completely up-to-date, including any optional drivers
  
• Made sure there were no unknown devices in Device Manager
  
• Turned Link State Power Management under PCI Express in Power Plan settings to off
  
• Completely formatted my PC and reinstalled Windows 11
  

None of these steps have resolved the issue.

Any assistance provided will be much appreciated!
