Windows 10: Is there a way to retrieve old passwords after a user has reset their password?

I have an non-admin account on a Acer laptop running Windows 10. I don't have the password, but I do have the answers to the reset questions. What I want to know is, if I reset the password to a new password, can I retrieve the old password I forget from wherever it used to be stored?Example: User account example has password 1234, which I forgot. I change the password to 2345 via reset questions. Will the password 1234 still be stored anywhere? Ideally, I can execute the method to retrieve the password without having to use the admin permissions, since I forgot that too and the one who knows

Envy laptop password reset!

I have a envy spectre 14t -3000, got it with a McAfee endpoint encryption password, did not find out until I ordered the ac power adapter to turn it on. I only have a user name, how can I reset this password? There is no administrator password.

Please help.
