Windows 10: Is there a way to retrieve previous password list.

Is there a way to retrieve previous password list. I have a laptop which I haven't used in a year and it requires old password to login because it is not connected to internet. I have current password and am using this account but I want to know my previous passwords because I don't remember them.

Is there a way to retrieve a PREVIOUS MS account password?

I'm coping with an older BitLocked Win 10, Lenovo Thinkpad. I have the recovery key, and all was going well until I got to the step asking for the MS account password. The password was changed a while ago while this computer was locked. So this computer is looking for the previous MS account pw, which is stored somewhere on it (obviously a locked computer isn't on the internet). I'm in a Catch 22 situation where I can't find the PREVIOUS MS account password because the computer is locked, and I can't unlock the computer because I need the pw! Is there a way to access the PREVIOUS MS account password somehow? Online searches have turned up nothing useful. Very grateful for any insight. Note: I'm not asking how to find the BitLocker Recovery key --I'm past that stage.
