Windows 10: Is there a way to reverse into a previous version of Windows 10 Photos App?

Hello,I am a Windows 10 owner that uses extensivelly the pre-installed Photos App for editing my cellphone photos before archiving them. Yesterday, upon starting my computer, I noticed that the Photos App had been automatically updated and now is similar to the Windows 11 version. Therefore, the interface has become a lot more frustrating and "flamboyant", making the editing of photos very perplexing and in most cases useless, as the original photos turn out being of a better quality in every aspect brightness, details etc. Specifically, the ''simple/abstract'' tabs of the previous version

The Photos app brings together pictures from all your devices using OneDrive, so that you can browse them by date, album or folder. It also automatically enhances photos, and creates albums for you, to showcase your best shots.

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I suggest you to change the Default apps in the setting app and verify the result. You may follow the steps in the below:

• Go to settings and system.
  
• Click on Default Apps and select the appropriately.
  

Method 2:

I suggest you to reinstall Photo app using the PowerShell command
and reinstall using the Windows store. Follow the below steps.

• Open the　Start　menu, type　Windows PowerShell　in the search bar.
  
• Right click on the　Windows　PowerShell　and select　Run as　administrator.
  
• Enter the below command to uninstall the Photo app.
  

• 　　get-appxpackage　　*Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage

Install previous version of photos app?

I had done the same thing. I used that video and it worked until yesterday. I had gotten on chat with MS and they walked me thru shutting off auto updates and it still updated to the Fall Creators update and took away my great old Photos app for good I think.
I immediately did the rollback to a previous build but it kept the new Photos app. I'm extremely disappointed by this. If you find out the steps to revert back please forward them to me.
