Windows 10: Is there a way to see if my 64-bit W10 Pro. retail key was registered in my MS account online?

I don't see it any where even in my device list shouldn't my custom built PC be listed? online. I want to be sure it matches what I see on my PC with its "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account" MS account and "Windows is activated with a digital license" local account. I want to be sure it is there online if I ever change my PC's hardwares and/or reinstall, from scratch, so I can reactivate online easily.Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :

Updating from MS Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit to MS Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

I am currently running MS Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit and I would like to ask the question, if my new free windows upgrade is going to automatically include MS Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit ?

 

Do all retail Pro versions come with 32 bit/64 bit options?

Afternoon everyone.

A few months back MS offered me Windows 11 but my WIndows 10 Pro x64 bit sys did not meet the spec.

I have since upgraded and when I come to install the downloaded (saved for later) or the freshly downloaded versions they are both home??

I can see retail versions of Win 11 pro but cannot see the 64 bit version.

So my question if I buy Win 11 pro licence will it enable the install of both 32 bit and 64 bit versions?

1. Thank you all for your suggestions. Nothing actually worked on my end. If you haven't tried the recent MS 64 bit download/boot/install, please attempt it if you have time.
2. Personally, I think there is a bug in the MS 64 bit process as I had no issues with the 32 bit.
3. In the end, I bought an OEM install disk on-line for $20 and I was able to get 2 of my PCs upgraded to Win-10 Pro / 64 bit. No more headache.
